Woot! I have overcome my phone anxiety to the extent that I have called:
1) Lamprey Health Care and talked to both Ashley in Records (who used to be my co-worker) and Cheryl who used to be my boss (to let her know I'm updating my resume).
2) Dr. O'Guin's office to get all records forwarded from there - because Ashley reminded me that he had in fact already forwarded my records there and that if I want to have complete records I need hers as well. (Dr. O'Guin was the one who did the test without talking to me about it which then cost me $70, and tried to get me to sign up for some fat clinic thing because according to her I'm morbidly obese.)
I have also
- Organized my resume (still have to write cover letter)
- Found a faster way to upload all my photos to Flickr (which involved paying them, but I guess since the photos just for Florida were three months worth of free uploads, and I couldn't organize my photo groups... it was something I was going to do someday, anyway.) And all the Florida pics are uploading, now. :)
Of course these are things which are not on my list of things to do, and now I only have two hours left to accomplish all the things I was afraid would fill the day... oh! Gosh. Must step away from the computer. The cover letter will wait for a bit, I'll take it in tomorrow. That should do.
...
Oh. And then I wrote the above, and my brother Hawk just phoned, and we talked for... at least 40 minutes. He's great. :D And he also sent email just before he phone, apparently, because I just see it now - in response to where I posted the pic of me with my new haircut. ("And you're cute as the dickens!" hee! :))
