It's just their expressions. Eor could be saying, "Photographic evidence?! We'll have to confiscate that camera!" and Eightball has his amused WTF expression. :)
Both my family and Eor's have been in Maine for many generation, so their looks are probably genetically common. I don't know how often I see someone who looks like Eightball - though not as handsome, of course. ;) Especially in any area with a high French population. Very dominant genes, those French ones.
Eightball is on the left - I try to stick generally to the convention of listing the people in a photo from left to right, but then when I was doing the description I just had to do it the other way around because of how I see their expressions working off each other.
