I can NOT believe the documentation the bank is requiring for us for this mortgage. I'm going to be running around all morning tomorrow rounding things up, and this is not the first morning like that and I KNOW it won't be the last. It doesn't help that every list they send us of documentation they need includes at least three things we gave them in a previous go-round. *eyeroll* Am going to bed, now. I feel like I deserve a drink, but I'm taking Ibuprofen for my shoulder. (I did my exercises yesterday and then was in baggage as well.)

Also, I might have forgot to say, but we've decided to go with the 20% down (and pull money out of our retirements to do that) in order to not have to get the private mortgage insurance. Matt figured out that it would actually cost us less, because I get a good rate on residential loans from my Thrift Savings Plan (2.5%).
