I love the idea of this! May 15th, Blog Like It Isn't You Day Please please please jump in on the fun? Because I don't want to be the only one doing it and look like a psycho. ;) I guess for RPGers this is not going to be such a different idea, but for me it's going to be difficult.

Blogblock does sound like something that would have to do with the sinuses. You could try using a neti pot for that, it would be cheaper than antibiotics.
