So. Well. I have eggs, toast, tea. My mood is pretty horrible, but I'm going to try to smooth it down so I can focus on work.
I just got off the phone with my father. He was... almost euphoric. And seemed totally with it. It seemed kind of odd, considering he spent two weeks sleeping in the hospital room with his dying brother just recently.
Apparently my cousin, Suzanne, is back in the picture. Last I'd heard of her, years ago, she had disappeared and nobody knew her fate. Dad likes her. "She made quite a favorable impression on me as being a person who ... works very hard to make things Right," he said.
I need to change and pack my lunch and go.
