Don't download your free ebooks from Google, they apparently just scan and never proofread - there have been so many errors in every book I downloaded from them that I had to dump them, they were unreadable. Thankfully, of course, Project Gutenberg already has most of the out of copyright books, so I was able to easily get much cleaner copies. :)
