Have sat down and copied out the Google maps directions to how to get to where my brother lives. Writing it by hand rather than printing it out gives me a better understanding of what I'm doing/where I'm going, which I really need and need to REMEMBER that I need after getting myself so damned lost on Sunday. An hour and a half to make a twenty minute drive... I'm still pissed. And I put his phone number and street address and our phone number on the card, and Eor's number at work. I should write to Eightball and find out when he's working on Thursday and Friday and whether Madison Square Park is someplace he can get me to by 9am. I get to have a shake at the infamous Shake Shack! *dances*

I'm excited! And nervous about the driving, and going to miss eor like WHOAH. :( But this still is the coolest and longest trip I've ever taken under my own power and if I can pull this off by myself it will be good for my confidence, I think. I usually depend on Eor to make the plans and get me places at the right time and figure it all out, and that's really probably not so good for my brain, relaxing like that.

I want carrot cake. My grandmother W. used to make carrot cake as my birthday cake, and I haven't had any in so long.
