This has been a cruel weekend for people who are picky but love to eat. Didn't like the Soakin Sauce - Eor said it tasted only like onions and vinegar. And our turkey that we were going to cook today, well... when we took it out of the refridgerator it was still frozen. It's been in there since Wednesday, for godsake. So it was numerous changes of cold water, and we finally got it into the oven at around 6:20. Probably won't be done until 10:30PM. Not the best start to a week.
