Someone took the details about our condo from the sale posting and reposted it to Craigslist saying it's a rental. I'm not quite sure how the scam works, but probably along the lines of the one who hit Eor's sister - they said that they were going out of the country for a year and for like $600 someone could take care of the house. One of my coworkers has heard of a tactic of the scammer even meeting someone at a property and saying, "Oh, I forgot the key. But if you give me a security deposit I'll hold it for you."

Anyway, we think Craigslist is more likely to take it down if scam reports come from a bunch of different IP addresses, so all I'm asking for from you is that you go look at the picture of my kitchen and then hit the 'spam/overpost' link in the upper right hand corner. (Gads it seemed creepy to see the picture with MY tea cannisters in it. I don't know why, but just the fact that it was posted somewhere without my knowledge, it almost felt like some stranger had been in my kitchen taking pictures. I know in my head that the picture was taken by Scott Schenker, our legitimate agent, but it was a gut reaction.)

(ETA - Sorry about the broken link, earlier! I'm an idiot. Here's a link that should work to our actual advertisement about our condo being for sale, if you want to see more pictures of our place. :))

Done! (I think - it was the first link that worked for me, but not the second one)
