Damn, wish I had posted this on the actual day rather than doing a retro-post, because it's a good description.
I also get to record an incline of 8, calories burned of 158. I've sort of developed a habit of looking at calories burned and trying to hit at least 150, or surpass that. And if it looks like I'm not going to, or if I start out thinking I don't have that long to walk, I crank the incline up higher in order to burn more calories quicker.
