When I got home Eor already had the second water heater at the bottom of the cellar stairs, and inch by inch, grunt by grunt, we got it to the van.
"Were there but world enough and time," I said, "We could build the pyramids."
"We would get distracted and start reading a book. Or the internet. Thousands of years later people would wonder why there were all these first layers. Eventually we would become known as the Procrastinator Culture."
