Eor wrote a rather charitable review of "The Sunday Philosophy Club", I think. It's pleasant enough, if you like rambling stories where pretty much nothing happens besides thinking about philosophy, page after page. Not badly written. Except near the end where a few things jarred me -

A) One of the characters made reference to a supposed clue they'd found earlier which had already been made irrelevant by further events.

B) The main character comes to some conclusion(s) upon which her further actions depend, but we never are clearly shown why she came to those conclusions. (We had to suffer through all her ramblings about morality, and then we don't get any explanation of her thought process leading to a pivotal point at the end?)

C) Initially I couldn't put my finger on it, but on an hour or so reflection I realized that someone who gave a clue earlier on in the story... there was no reason for him to have done that and every reason not to have. No explanation for this behavior.

...

So, the big roll-out happened today, and my coworkers brought it off with their usual aplomb and smiles. It should have been a complete crash and burn, with the terrible poor planning from HQ.

Also today, I helped an old guy who was lost in the airport find his family, and got a kiss on the cheek. :)
