I'm not hot shit in a wineglass, more curried goat in a paper cup

He's moving a lot faster, this evening - I suspect he must have been near starvation when he was toddling around the kitchen eating anything at all that he could find. Now he's starting to look like a creature that could kill a mouse. Mostly he's living on nuts, and turning up his nose at dried cranberries now that he's feeling better. I wonder if I should get him a little box of cat food? Seems it might be more properly balanced, if he's only going to get one thing to eat, and that thing not meat. Still, it seems silly to buy food for a creature that may only live a month or so, and which I'm still not entirely convinced should be in my house. The thing I worry most about, though, is that the food he stashes will attract rodents after he's gone. This may have been a poor choice.

Also, computer still inaccessible, but Eor's ordered me a new monitor, so it'll only be a few days. :)
