It's honestly not SO painful, but at my age I have to suppose it wouldn't be likely that one could retrain all the muscles around my shoulders without a little discomfort. It was just that, after a long day at work and all the exercises the PT had me do, as well, y'know, all the muscles were kind of annoyed, anyway. I'm feeling better after sleeping, and I didn't even ice anything or take pain killers. (Although possibly I should have, for my neck - I can't seem to stop it kicking in when I'm doing the exercises. I'm going to have a Schwartzenegger neck if I don't watch out.)
Not a bad idea at all. I'm not sure if they are still there, but now that you mention it I did see a massaging chair in the walkway near Sears. One has to put money in it, but it might be worth it.
