It's a manatee in New York. 

The major points of interest to me: Global warming is brought up, of course, but there's also the barest mention that another one was seen ten years ago.  I think he's like Bilbo - a bit adventurous, not quite like the other manatees.

Hee - perfect! :) I actually was not able to come up with lyrics that would scan well - I'm the worst filker ever - but I knew the lyrics had to be there, somewhere. :)
