Because Kryptyd posted about taking a class I began to wonder how the Charleston is done, so I did a quick search and found this little clip:
The post in which I found the above embedded tells what the basic steps are... step forward with right foot, touch left foot forward, step back with left foot, touch left foot back. What these guys are doing is all about them being amazing dancers.
And in Holmesian news, the second ep of the new BBC Holmes movies (set in the present day) is up, although I'm not sure if you have to subscribe to Scienceofdeduction or friend 'him' on YouTube.
Although I haven't watched that much of it, what I've seen so far was enjoyable, but (spoilers here!) Copperbadge gives the second ep a much less enthusiastic review than the first ep.
I'd better get out of my pyjamas and into the garden. The railroad has started replacing rails and Eor's afraid that if we don't move the wheelbarrow it might be in the wrong place and one of those quarter-mile long rails might get dropped on it.
ETA: Oh, and it's Tuesday, so I'm going to pick up some packages and go to the bakery! Eor said maybe we should lay off on the bakery, but yeah, right. I'll at least get a muffin or something, I don't want them to think I don't love them anymore.
