I'm actually pleased and impressed with eor's progress re foods these last two weeks - it may seem like baby steps, but this is not easy for him. He's always been a bit of a picky eater, but with good reason - his stomach is sensitive to so many things, and he spends a lot of time extremely sick when he eats things he shouldn't. Tonight we actually made arugula, and it was not disgusting! (Yesterday I totally did the wrong things with it. Don't cook it in olive oil. So bitter!) And he ate some of it! Not quite all, but he made a good try. :)

*giggles* whaaat? Why would someone call a plant a 'rocket'? It's a leafy green thing, not a thing that shoots up in the air!

I think because it's called "roquette" in French? But I don't know where that comes from itself.

I have nothing to add except that it's very similar in Italian (and excellent with mozzarella balls).

And I always thought arugula must be an Italian word. Funny. I wonder where that name comes from?
